I Have A Passion For Customer Service - 1584 Words

I have a passion for customer service I have been in customer service for over 20 years. I deliver superior customer service to external and internal customers. I am very tentative, and believe in modeling southern style behaviors and attributes while assisting customers and my peers. I have over 5 years’ experience in Customer Service with Georgia Power fluctuating from the Customer Care Center, the Local Office and New Service. Currently, I Provide superior customer service to external and internal customers to include builders, BCC, CCC, RSC, Inspector s, Engineers and Corporate Personnel, etc. I follow-up with my commitments to ensure customers are satisfied. The American Educational System and Its Slippery Slope Essay

There is one thing that is universally sought after in this world, regardless of race, ethnicity, age, location, and upbringing. There is one thing that every single human being hungrily craves. There is one thing that can make the potential difference between a life of abject poverty or comfortable prosperity: knowledge. The human mind’s thirst for knowledge can never be fully quenched, and it is always left wanting more; although, this isn’t necessarily a detrimental thing. Many different and unique styles of education have emerged as an attempt to satisfy the universal desire of knowledge, but it is often debated which style of education is the most effective. There is a very wide range of teaching styles on the spectrum of education,†¦show more content†¦Since both the United States and Japan have very contrasting styles of education, many different outcomes arise from each of these styles. For instance, since the educational system of Japan is so strict an d structured, students are gradually chiseled into very responsible and disciplined individuals who are very skilled when it comes to things such as standardized tests; however, much is unseen about this transformational process to the American eye. Career is the progress and actions of a person related to occupation throughout a lifetime. Different stages are present in a person’s career. There are five stages in a person’s career-Growth, exploration, establishment, maintenance and disengagement/withdrawal. Growth (4-13 years of age) is the initial stage in a person’s career where the person thinks about his/her future. Second stage is exploration (early teens to mid-twenties) where the person becomes definite about occupational choice. They do many trial jobs before deciding on their appropriate field to work. Work force diversity interventions are the third type of HRM interventions. Organizations should develop their human resources in such a way that it should maintain diversity in an efficient manner. People from various regions may work together in an organization. They may differ in various ways like age, gender, marital status, social status, disability, sexual orientation, religion, personality traits, ethnicity and culture. An organization with diverse workforce can better achieve its goals. Employees from diverse workforce can learn more and achieve more experience as they work in a mixed environment.
